Sanitary bacteriology research

Bacteriological laboratory of RSE “CSEE” MC UDP RK performs the following types of research:

• studies on pathogenic intestinal group (dysentery, salmonellosis, opportunistic flora);
• studies on coli-pathogenic group; 
• diphtheria research;
• research on Staphylococcus;
• research material from patients (sputum, smears from the throat, nose, ears, vagina, bile, wound contents, urine, prostate contents, breast milk, conjunctiva) on flora and sensitivity to antibiotics;
• blood tests for sterility;
• blood tests for hemoculture;
• research on the definition of mold and yeast-like fungi;
• research on dysbiosis;
